Step 1: On-Site Consultation
Our spray foam insulation experts will come to your property for a free on-site consultation. During this meeting, we will examine your home and answer any questions you may have about our materials or the installation process.
*If you are working with a new construction build, we can still assist with recommendations by looking at the PDF file of the home.
Step 2: Cost Estimate
Post-consultation we will evaluate the spray foam insulation cost and provide you with a scope of work proposal and an estimate within 3 business days.
Step 3: Scheduling
A contract with MPI Foam is signed to perform the work stated in our proposal and we will schedule a day and time to install spray foam insulation.
Step 4: Installation
Our crew of experienced professionals will arrive between 7 am-8 am the morning of the proposed day we start work and begin to prep the project area. We will then begin first by removing any old insulation and then installing the new spray foam insulation.
*Due to the nature of the job, we advise staying out of the house while the spray foam insulation is installed.
Step 5: Clean Up
Post-installation, our crew will clean everything up and re-inspect the area to ensure the spray foam insulation is covering all desired areas and also answer any additional questions you may have about maintenance or the insulation.
